Mascavii Policies

Made to order products take approximately three to four months to be completed and shipped. A custom order is non-refundable after the order has been placed.  Once placed, your order cannot be returned, except when there is a defect.

Made to order shoes are available in U.S. Men’s sizes 6-15 and U.S. Women’s sizes 5-10. Ana additional charge of $100.00 will be applied to your order  for sizes 14 and up. Please email allenmascavii@mascavii.com with any questions regarding sizing and custom orders.

 

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING FEES

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate Mascavii for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We encourage you to also review detailed information about our shipping and processing fees, below.

PRODUCT ORDERING

Orders may be placed exclusively online. Mascavii gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.

We do our best to ensure product availability for our customers. With that being said, most of our products are produced in limited runs. Some products may become unavailable without prior notice. Mascavii does not guarantee the availability of any product or style to its customers. In the event an order is placed for a product which is not available, you will be notified by customer service and issued a store credit to purchase alternative products.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Mascavii utilizes the United States Post Service (UPS) for all domestic shipments and  international shipments. Unfortunately, Mascavii does not ship to P.O. Boxes for either domestic or international shipments.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Mascavii expressly waives all liability for any foreign duties or taxes incurred on shipments outside of the United States. Such costs and expenses shall be incurred exclusively by the purchaser of products from our website.

ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.  For estimated shipment times to your location please visit  USPS, please visit www.usps.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Mascavii does not provide refunds for returned items. Store credit or exchange only on undamaged products returned only in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Please note, all shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the store credit amount provided to our customers, if any.

Please email allenmascavii@mascavii.com to receive an exchange label for your order. Place the new label to the original box, and include the original packing slip in the box. Please place the size you wish to exchange the item for. Eligible items must be returned for exchange within 30 days of date of purchase. Please try shoes on a clean surface. The soles of our slippers are made of high quality leather, and we cannot accept returns of products with scuffed, marked, or worn soles. All accessories and items marked as “sale” or “on sale” are final.
